il Tulipano

'Il Tulipano' is a small apartment, which occupies approximately 35 sq. meters of the large farmhouse.  It has a private entrance that is accessible via a wide outdoor stairway. It also has it’s own furnished terrace with a direct walk out to the back yard, due to the fact that the farmhouse is built into the side of a hill. 

The view from the terrace is breathtaking as you look out over the pool area and see Mount Amiata in the background.  It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset in the evening.

This apartment is ideal for 2 people and consists of a beautifully appointed bed-sitting room complete with fireplace.  There are two single beds that can easily be converted to one queen size bed if preferred. ‘Il Tulipano’ also has a fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven/microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. This apartment provides central heating when necessary.

The appartment is complete with satellite TV, audio equipment and WiFi internet. A final door connects to apartment  ‘La Capriata’ and remains closed when the apartments are rented separatly. It is a double door that creates total noise isolation between the apartments.
